YOUR CHALLENGE
As a market-facing research scientist, your focus ison product development. You provide product support and guidance to customers, to
maximize the added value of our products and solutions.
You manage research projects and specific customer
work requests in the technology areas of film coating, encrusting, and
pelleting. The focus is on seed technology for Vegetables, Field Crops and
Ornamentals within EMEA. You are a sparring partner for R&D and Sales and
Marketing colleagues around the world. You plan and run R&D projects and
support new product introductions ( through arranging and executing plant
trials) as well as existing product ranges.
