Research & Resource Facilitator

- Curate, organize, and maintain a diverse collection of print and digital resources that support all subject areas and IB programmes. Foster a reading culture through book talks, reading challenges, author visits, and literary events.

- Teach and reinforce research skills, referencing, citation, and academic honesty practices across grade levels.

- Collaborate with teachers to plan and co-deliver inquiry-based learning experiences.

- Provide guidance to students and staff in locating, evaluating, and using resources effectively.

- Manage the library budget, acquisitions, cataloguing, and database systems using Destiny Library Management System.

- Integrate digital literacy skills, including safe and ethical use of information and media.
