About the Role & Team IDC is seeking a Research Operations Program Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in helping the company deploy and scale new tools and processes. This role involves gathering user requirements, supporting pilot projects, assisting with new project deployments, providing ongoing user support, and contributing to change management and user enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about making technology work effectively for a broad range of user personas.

This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must be located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to accommodate occasional in-person meetings at our Toronto office.
