Job Description
We are the NUS Avant Lab, led by Prof. Jingxian Wang ( in the Department of Computer Science, National University of Singapore. We invite applications for a Post-doctoral Researcher position.
Research focus
We build working systems in multi-modal AI and mobile sensing. For this position, the emphasis is on recognition and imaging/perception using radar and sonar (optionally with vision) on mobile UxV platforms (e.g., UGV/UAV/USV/AUV). The postdoc will work on end-to-end systems that combine learning + sensing + deployment, including dataset collection, model development, and real-world evaluation on platforms.
We engage with industry (e.g., Microsoft, Google Research, Amazon), publish top-tier papers, and release software for the research community.
