Research Fellow – IC Design

School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (NTU) is hiring a Research Fellow to design and realize high‑speed, high‑efficiency analog/RF integrated circuits (ICs). The Fellow will also support teaching duties when required by the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and test RF power management ICs or other analog/mixed‑signal/RF ICs.
  • Oversee the complete development cycle including circuit design, simulation, modelling, layout, verification and measurements.
  • Develop scripts and algorithms to aid analog IC design.
  • Prepare research papers, reports and technology disclosures.
  • Assist the school with teaching activities, such as instructing or supervising labs and tutorials.
Job Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related fields.
  • At least 2years of relevant experience in IC design or electronics.
