Job Description

The R&D Technician supports product development initiatives by assisting in the formulation, testing, documentation, and improvement of bakery and food products. The technician works closely with the R&D Officer, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure that new and improved products meet quality, safety, and production standards. This role involves hands-on experimentation, data collection, and preparation of samples for evaluation and trials.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or R&D setting, preferably with bakery products
  • Basic understanding of food science, formulation, and sensory evaluation techniques
