JOB SUMMARY


The Research Development Technical Manager is in charge of ensuring recipes and processes developed by R&D for new concepts, innovations, or renovations (continuous improvement in products and processes) are executable on a commercial scale across commissary and stores. Key deliverables include Technical Manuals, Bill of Materials (BOM) management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & INTERFACES

  • Work closely with R&D, Commissary, and Store Operations in concept, trial, and pilot stages to ensure commercial kitchen realities are considered in the recipe and processes being developed.
  • Work closely with R&D, Procurement, and Management Accounting in maintaining the Bill of Materials (BOM).
