Job Description

1. Product Development & Innovation

  • Lead end-to-end new product development (concept, formulation, testing, validation, commercialization).
  • Conduct research on fruit-based products, market trends, ingredients, and processing technologies.
  • Develop prototypes and conduct sensory and shelf-life studies.
  • Improve existing products in terms of quality, cost, functionality, and customer feedback.

2. Process Improvement & Technical Support

  • Work closely with Production to ensure successful scale-up from lab to full production.
  • Provide technical support for process validation and optimization.
  • Lead root cause analysis for product-related non-conformities.

3. Regulatory & Food Safety Compliance

  • Ensure all formulations meet regulatory requirements (FDA, BFAD, export regulations if applicable).
  • Maintain compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and internal quality standards....
