We are excited to announce an urgent opening at Nice Coat India for a highly skilled Lab Manager (R&D & Quality Control) based in Rajkot.
This is a critical technical leadership role. We are not looking for a general lab technician — we need a Powder Coating Specialist who can seamlessly bridge R&D innovation and stringent Quality Control operations.
Position Details Role: Lab Manager (R&D & QC)
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site)
Experience: 3–7 Years ( Strictly in Powder Coating Industry )
Education:
B. Sc / M. Sc in Chemistry
OR
B. Tech in Paint Technology / Chemical Technology
Role Overview This role demands deep expertise in powder coating formulations, shade development, defect analysis, and lab leadership. You will lead both innovation (new shades & finishes) and ensure production batches meet master quality standards.
