Description

In the paper making process, the optimization of the chemicals that are added to the pulp is key in terms of cost reduction while keeping the quality of the paper. This position will be related to this optimization process in Saica Paper Mills.

In the corrugated board manufacturing, the chemicals are introduced in the corrugator as first step in the process. Optimize this process may be crucial in terms of cost and quality. This position will be also related to this process in Saica Pack plants.

To know and analyse, at laboratory level, the chemicals in the processes and contact the different suppliers to gather technical information will be included in this position.

As a result, the collaboration between RDi and Purchase department in terms of chemicals purchases is intense and this position will act as an advisor.
