The Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership (CIIL) empowers Western Canadian organizations to develop and maintain equitable and inclusive environments. Driven by research and data, our focus is on providing support and training to organizations as well as conducting innovative research in the areas of inclusion.
Reporting to the Director of the Colbourne Institute, the research coordinator will be tasked with supporting a new research project funded by the Tri‑agency council. From the Ground Up is a project that will measure the impact of the City of Edmonton’s revised Migrant Inclusion Policy.
In partnership with the City of Edmonton and local settlement and cultural agencies, this project will seek to measure the impact (or lack thereof) of such policies on newcomer inclusion, especially in the context of employment and business outcomes.
