Job Description

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Demonstrate full expertise in all Admin Advantage worktypes and processes

  • Handle special or escalated cases requiring advanced analysis and resolution

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Admin Advantage operations

  • Perform quality checking and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Support training and mentoring of team members

  • Resolve complex transactions across various Admin Advantage workstreams

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all support and administrative tasks

  • Collaborate with other functions (BAU teams) as part of cross-training initiatives

  • Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications 

  • Proven experience in Admin Advantage or benefit administration
