Research Associate - Job Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Assists with the execution of user-studies including setup, breakdown, intake/outtake of participants, data collection and transfer, and other research related activities
Maintain devices and equipment
Assist with recruiting participants through internal or external recruiting methods
Run selected studies and support all User Research staff in day-to-day tasks
Knowledge & Skills
Good interpersonal communication (both written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Should be a bit tech savvy - The person should have basic troubleshooting exposure
Exposure on Apple/Android devices will be an added advantage
