Research Assistant (Master Thesis Student) – Simulation for Optoelectronics Devices

We are seeking a highly motivated Master’s thesis student with strong simulation skills and a background in nanoelectronics and optoelectronic devices. The selected candidate will work on a project led by Prof. Zhipei Sun and Dr. Fida Ali in the Department of Nanoelectronics and Engineering, Aalto University.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulations in COMSOL Multiphysics to design MOSFET device structures.
• Model and analyze electrical transport and optoelectronic behavior.
• Compare and validate simulations against experimental data.
• Collaborate with an experimental team.
