We are seeking a Master’s Thesis Student for a Research Assistant (master thesis worker) position in Simulation for Optoelectronics Devices. The project is led by Prof. Zhipei Sun and Dr. Fida Ali, Department of Nanoelectronics and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulations in COMSOL Multiphysics to design MOSFET device structures.
• Model and analyze electrical transport and optoelectronic behavior.
• Compare and validate simulations against experimental data.
• Collaborate with an experimental team.
