KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formula Engineering: Develop and optimize recipes for commercial scale, focusing on shelf-life extension, texture stability, and ingredient cost-efficiency.
- Commercialization & Scaling: Conduct factory trials to ensure product integrity remains consistent when moving from small batches to mass production.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain the Technical Bible of the company, including:
- SOPs: Detailed manufacturing instructions.
- Product Spec Sheets: Defining physical, chemical, and sensory attributes.
