Looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Executive – R&D specializing in semi-solid formulation products. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, stable, and compliant products such as creams, gels, ointments, lotions and Medicated Balms .

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize semi-solid formulation products - Conduct product development trials and scale-up - Perform stability studies - Ensure regulatory compliance - Raw material evaluation and compatibility studies - Tech transfer to manufacturing - Coordinate with production, QA, and marketing - Cost optimization and product improvement - Support new product development (NPD)
