Research and Development (R&D) - LCM

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Cost Management:

• Control product costs through development and use of the Design to Value approach to fund growth initiatives, positioning us to win against competition and improve gross margins.
• Lead and understand feasibility and capability to implement product and materials cost savings initiatives to deliver Cost Transformation business targets.

Technical Support:

• Provide local technical support for the implementation of product and equipment changes and provide technical direction to multifunction teams for all facility LCM activities.
• Work jointly with the Quality & Process Engineering Functions to use tools to ensure statistically valid specifications.
• Support the Process Engineering function to deliver products for consumer satisfaction and within machine capability.
