We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead our research and product development initiatives in skin care, cosmetics, and beauty formulations. The ideal candidate will oversee formulation strategy, manage the R&D team, and drive innovation from concept to commercialization while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualification: Chemical Engineering/ BS Chemistry/ Pharm D

Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in skin care, cosmetics, or beauty product development.
