Job Context & Major Challenges

• Integrate inherit safe design into process development and innovation
• Partner with manufacturing team to identify technology enhancements in the existing asset base
• Aid in developing tools, models, methodology to plot a process technology pathway that meets corporate objectives
• Critical evaluation of external technology
• Aid in the development of R&D capital (lab, pilot, commercial) plans
• Develop strong working relationships with Manufacturing, Marietta and Taloja-based R&D staff
• Execution of Process Trials in our factories
• Aid in development of Intellectual Property strategy to support technology development plan
