Role Summary


The R&D Executive will be responsible for the development, optimization, and scale-up of nutraceutical and functional food formulations. The role involves translating client concepts into commercially viable, regulatory-compliant products aligned with KAG Industries’ contract manufacturing capabilities.


Key Responsibilities


Product Development


  • Develop new formulations for health supplements, protein powders, malted foods, ingredients, and premixes.
  • Conduct bench trials, pilot batches, and process optimization.
  • Work on taste masking, flavor optimization, and stability improvement.
  • Support customization and reformulation requests from clients.


Technology Transfer & Scale-Up
