Research And Development Assistant

As a Staff within our License Advisory Services Team, you will:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Handle communication with federal, state and local regulatory agencies and departments of tax
• Research federal and state statutes or local municipal ordinances related to business license requirements
• Conduct, review and document research and analysis of a wide range of business licensing, M&A, bankruptcy and other corporate transactional issues
• Attend client calls to understand critical areas of importance and apply technical knowledge to specific client situations
• Assist with creating deliverables that are concise, complete and address the elements deemed critical by the client
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and clearly communicate work plan, project objectives, and timelines
