Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to support business development efforts by identifying and generating client leads within the US Non-IT Staffing market. The ideal candidate will have experience researching and prospecting companies across industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Legal, Administrative, Logistics, and Light Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients with staffing and workforce needs across the US. Generate qualified leads and build targeted prospect lists for the sales team. Gather key decision-maker information, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Operations contacts.
