GovCIO is currently hiring for a Requirements Manager to support modernization efforts. This position will be located in Hampton, VA on Joint Base Langley-Eustis and will be a fully onsiteposition.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Requirements Manager to work at the intersection of innovation and precision, ensuring every product and service we deliver is built on a foundation of clear and actionable, and well-managed requirements. This position is located at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the requirements lifecycle; elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements reflect true business needs, and strategic objectives
