Position Title: Requirements Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup and configuration of a new requirements management tool
  • Define and implement a scalable requirements structure, including:
  • Templates
  • Unique ID conventions
  • Naming standards
  • Requirement categories
  • Traceability models
  • Manage the migration of legacy Excel-based requirements into the new system, ensuring high data quality and consistency
  • Develop and deploy efficient workflows for:
  • Requirement creation
  • Reviews and approvals
  • Change management
  • Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability across:
  • Electrical
  • Software
  • Controls
