Job Summary:

• Collaborates with developers to confirm feasibility of the application changes and explore other options that will best address the business need and objectives.

• Provides support for UAT and implementation when needed.

• Receives and review submitted requests to be transitioned into service catalogue.

• Participates in service transition activity planning.

• Prepares reports to support Service Management department to manage the delivery of application support, maintenance and ticket resolution.
