- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.

- Provide technical support to engineering teams, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Ensure data security and compliance by implementing firewalls, encryption, access controls, and backup solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement, installation, and support of IT equipment and services.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident resolutions to maintain knowledge base and ensure continuity.
