KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Vision: Own the content roadmap for microdramas, ensuring a mix of genres (Romance, Thriller, Drama) that resonate with diverse Indian audiences.
High-Velocity Production: Build systems for high-volume content creation without sacrificing the "hook" or production quality.
AI Integration: Be a pioneer in using Generative AI for scriptwriting, storyboarding, or post-production to increase speed and reduce costs.
P&L & Performance: Work with data teams to analyze retention and conversion. If a story isn't "hooking" users by the 10-second mark, you pivot the strategy.
