Job Description
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Commissioning and Testing of company products on site.
Responding to customer complaints and resolving problems with the equipment.
Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining equipment.
Make documentation and work report of each site.
Providing customer training, feedback, and reports on the product.
Developing and maintaining relations with customers.
Analysing and reviewing findings to determine the solution to the problem.
Train site engineers, technicians, juniors and clients regarding the product.
Promote the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to current clients.
Travel Pan India for work.
