Job Description

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning and Testing of company products on site.

  • Responding to customer complaints and resolving problems with the equipment.

  • Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining equipment.

  • Make documentation and work report of each site.

  • Providing customer training, feedback, and reports on the product.

  • Developing and maintaining relations with customers.

  • Analysing and reviewing findings to determine the solution to the problem.

  • Train site engineers, technicians, juniors and clients regarding the product.

  • Promote the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to current clients.

  • Travel Pan India for work.
