Job Description
Generate life insurance business through bank branch referrals. Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and customers. Meet customers visiting the branch and explain insurance products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist customers with policy issuance and documentation. Conduct customer meetings and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Provide post-sales service and support to policyholders Requirements Graduation in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 6 months of sales experience (mandatory). Age up to 35 years. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work on sales targets. Basic knowledge of insurance, banking, or financial products is preferred. Willingness to travel within the assigned branch area.
