Develop and execute comprehensive inventory management strategies to balance service levels with inventory cost optimization. Lead end-to-end demand planning and supply planning processes, utilizing advanced forecasting models and ERP systems. Monitor and analyze inventory turnover ratios, carrying costs, safety stock levels, and obsolescence rates; implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory planning with seasonal demand, promotional cycles, and new product launches.
