Job Description
(OHL / SS) Monitor and maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Support the development and implementation of standardized operational procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Prepare and review reports, documentation, and performance metrics for accuracy and completeness. Assist in the coordination of audits, inspections, and internal reviews. Provide timely updates and actionable insights to leadership based on operational data. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, compliance, or a similar role. Strong understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
