THE MANDATE: You are the Idea Architect. Your job is to move beyond the 30-second radio spot. You will be responsible for cracking the Big Idea for brands that spans across on-ground concerts, tech-led activations, and viral digital content. You need to be a storyteller who can visualize a project from a whiteboard sketch to a ground-event with thousands of attendees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: IP Development: Conceptualize and build sustainable Intellectual Properties (like Mirchi Music Awards or Mirchi Neon Run) that can be monetized across years. Experiential Blueprinting: Design on-ground brand activations that prioritize consumer interaction and Instagrammability. Integrated Narratives: Write and present pitches that combine Radio, Digital, Social, and BTL (Below the Line) activities into a single, cohesive brand story.
