Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end funding processes, including investor outreach, pitch development, and negotiation.
- Oversee M&A activities from identification and due diligence to execution and integration.
- Spearhead IPO preparation, including regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with external advisors.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and legal/financial advisors.
- Provide strategic guidance on capital structure, valuation, and financial risk management.
