Require a Business Operations Analyst in Bangalore

Individual Responsibilities (transactional and analytics) daily & weekly activities of master data management and Company verifications, validation, and system updates. Support stakeholders with daily/weekly/monthly reports in Salesforce and build / maintain CRM dashboard. Tracking and reporting master data updates, audit dormant accounts and parent account / tier mappings. Maintain / update customers billing and shipping updates in QCT/Corp Oracle database. Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability. Working closely with HQ and global region teams with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation for all activities. Individuals will require evening calls for reviews and transition of activities. Perform additional ad hoc business / sales operations activities from time to time.
