Job Description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and customer engagement at the branch level with a primary focus on Fixed Deposits & Life Insurance products. In addition to this also cross selling other products like General Insurance, Motor Insurance and Mutual Funds. The role involves managing sales teams, building customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve branch business targets across all product lines with a strong focus on Life Insurance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff and advisors to deliver sustained performance.
• Drive cross-selling initiatives and portfolio diversification as per defined allocation.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines.
• Monitor persistency, renewals, and customer satisfaction at the branch level.
