Are you a warm, welcoming individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and keeping an office running smoothly?

We are looking for a Facilities Representative for our Ballarat site. This is a permanent part‑time, on‑site role, commencing ASAP, working days ideally including Monday, Friday, and one self‑selected day each week. You can choose to work either 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm.

No two days will be the same. You will enjoy multi‑tasking, being organised, and helping ensure the site operates efficiently. This role is the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, with a mix of reception and administration responsibilities.
