Inside Sales Development Representative

Location: Barranquilla, Medellín, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, or Cartagena, Colombia (Candidates must be currently located in one of these cities.)

Responsibilities

  • We´re looking for an Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) that will be responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, managing customer interactions, scheduling product demonstrations, supporting onboarding activities, verifying payments, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. Working closely with the sales team, the SDR will help drive pipeline growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
