Job Description
Job Purpose:
Prepares reports and metrics for submission to Management which will serve as their reference in policy formulation and decision-making strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conducts data audit, both scheduled and random, to validate completeness and accuracy of data
Gathers and organizes HR data in order to prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and consolidates data to summarize analytics reports for submission to Management.
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or any related course, or higher
At least 3 years minimum work experience in handling data management and workforce analytics or any related function
Proficient in using MS Office applications
Background in Data Visualization tools such as Power BI is an advantage
Candidate must be amenable to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
