Reports Analyst

The Reports Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support organisational decision-making. The position involves gathering data from multiple sources, analysing and interpreting trends, and presenting findings in a clear and meaningful way.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collects raw data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
• Uses statistical techniques and analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets.
• Creates and maintains standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations using business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Presents reports and analysis to managers and other key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
