The Billing and Report Admin Support role is responsible for providing critical administrative support related to billing functions and report generation. This position works closely with our finance and project management teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records of billing, payments, and financial documentation
  • Generate periodic and custom reports to support project and financial tracking
  • Collaborate with project managers to verify billing accuracy
  • Monitor budgets, cost allocations, and project financial performance
  • Assist with month-end financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Address and resolve billing discrepancies professionally
