The purpose of this role is to provide support for the collection analysis and dissemination of insights to our clients.

Job Description Key responsibilities
  • Builds reports and dashboards with support from a lead
  • Completes quality checks of reports and dashboards with support from a lead
  • Identifies insights in dashboards and communicates insights to internal teams
  • Maintains dashboards after launch incorporating necessary edits when data and feeds change
  • Translates requirements into dashboard design
  • Tests performance of reports and dashboards and tunes performance to client requirements
