Job Description
Tapmad is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Reporting Specialist to manage day-to-day business operations and provide actionable insights through reporting. The role will ensure smooth execution of vendor coordination, inventory management, and performance reporting for our e-commerce and digital product portfolio. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Monitor digital inventory and ensure adequate stock levels across all platforms.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and payment partners for smooth integration and issue resolution.
Manage operational workflows, ensuring SLA compliance (fulfillment, refunds, reversals, escalations).
Support the onboarding of new products, merchants, and payment methods.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (revenue, transactions, user growth, inventory,...
