TheService Management Analyst – Reporting Managerplays a critical managerial role in overseeing and enhancing IT service management practices across the organization. A key focus of this position is thedevelopment, ownership, and delivery of scheduled reporting, ensuring leadership has clear visibility of service performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
In this role, you will act as a central connection point between IT teams, service providers, and business stakeholders, driving continual improvement and ensuring that all service management activities align with organisational requirements. You will be responsible fordesigning, managing, and automating reporting dashboards, using tools such asPower BIto provide actionable insights on SLAs, KPIs, incident trends, change performance, asset compliance, and other operational measures.
