We are seeking an accomplished and strategic **C14 Reporting Lead** in India to spearhead our In-business risk reporting function for retail products. This critical leadership role involves overseeing the execution and delivery of vital reports for a large user base of over 100 individuals, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and insightful analysis.
The primary objective of this role is to lead, mentor, and empower a team of analysts and developers to produce accurate, timely, and insightful Reporting and Management Information Systems (MIS) within a complex technological ecosystem comprising SAS, Python, advanced databases, and Tableau. As a strategic leader, you will be instrumental in cultivating robust stakeholder relationships, championing continuous process improvements, and ensuring the successful achievement of all reporting initiatives aligned with business objectives.
