Reporting Executive

Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate operational and management reports to support business decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site night shift position based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
Collect, verify, and consolidate data from multiple departments and systems.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of all reports.
Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain and update reporting dashboards and trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Support management by providing insights and ad-hoc reports as required.
Maintain proper documentation and report archives.
