Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and consolidate project data from consultants, contractors, and internal PMC teams.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Track project progress against approved baselines for schedule, cost, and milestones.
  • Support preparation and updating of project KPIs, progress curves, and performance indicators.
  • Assist in monitoring risks, issues, and mitigation actions for inclusion in reports.
  • Coordinate with planning, cost control, and technical teams to validate reported data.
  • Maintain reporting templates, logs, and document control for project reporting.
  • Support progress meetings by preparing reports, minutes, and action trackers.
  • Highlight deviations, trends, and potential risks in a clear and structured manner.
  • Ensure consistency of reporting formats and compliance with Client reporting requirements.
