Business Analyst – Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:


1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Document, analyze, and refine functional and non‑functional requirements.
  • Convert business requirements into clear technical specifications for data, reporting, and engineering teams.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary bridge between business users, data engineers, and BI developers.
  • Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and alignment meetings.
  • Maintain transparent communication, provide progress updates, and manage expectations.

3. Data Analysis & Validation

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to support insights and decision‑making.
  • Review and validate outputs from SQL queries, dashboards, and Power BI reports.
