Job Title: REPORTING AND ANALYTICS LEAD

Purpose of the role

  • The opportunity is to lead the transition and enablement of cross-functional PowerApp, data, and dashboard projects from delivery into business-as-usual, ensuring they deliver sustained value and measurable outcomes. You'll define and implement robust governance models, operational handover processes, and adoption strategies that turn innovative solutions into trusted, everyday tools for the business.
  • You'll work closely with business owners, data engineering teams, platform specialists, and risk partners to ensure every solution is operationally ready, user-friendly, and governed for long-term success. This includes driving change management, building training and engagement plans, and establishing feedback loops to continuously improve usability and relevance.
