Role Overview
We are looking for a Reporting Analyst (Assistant Manager level) to join the AI & Analytics
Team at Teleperformance Philippines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving
business problems through data visualization, building high-quality dashboards & reports,
and partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.
You will work primarily with internal TP business teams, understand their reporting needs,
and translate those requirements into robust, scalable Power BI dashboards. The role
demands strong analytical skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to ideate and co-create
dashboards directly with business stakeholders.
This is a growth role; after 9–12 months, high performers can progress into Analytics, AI, or
Agentic AI tracks within the broader AI & Analytics organization.
